DeerLab is a free software package for the analysis of dipolar EPR (electron paramagnetic resonance) spectroscopy data based on the Python programming language. Dipolar EPR spectroscopy techniques include DEER (double electron-electron resonance), RIDME (relaxation-induced dipolar modulation enhancement), and others. DeerLab provides a collection of functions that perform modelling, processing or fitting tasks. They can be combined in scripts to build custom data analysis workflows.

DeerLab is currently in the pre-release stage (version numbers v0.x.y) and under active development. Major changes are likely before the first stable version (v1.0.0) is released.
